Contracting and data roles
Bracketbridge works with US partner Edventure Media LLC on international projects. Where specified in a project agreement or consent form, the partner’s US address is used for correspondence. Bracketbridge is the public-facing brand; each agreement and participant notice must identify the responsible legal entity and its data-protection role. Use of the partner address does not by itself make Edventure Media LLC the contracting party, data controller, or an appointed regulatory representative. Mandatory legal rights are not overridden by a contract.
Website scope
This website is published in English and Chinese. Participant studies run on our separate participant portal at data.bracketbridge.com, where each study provides its own project notice, consent language, and collection statement. This website itself does not take study signups, payments, or participant uploads.
Data governance position
Client data remains client-controlled. Bracketbridge does not present itself as owning client project data. Delivery is structured around anonymized or de-identified outputs where the project scope allows it.
