Study applications, bookings, consent, withdrawals, and eligibility checks are handled on our participant portal at data.bracketbridge.com, under the notice for each study. This website itself does not take study signups, payments, or uploads.

Commercial services, deliverables, confidentiality, audit rights, security requirements, acceptance criteria, payment, warranties and liability are governed by the applicable written agreement, which must identify the contracting legal entity. No agreement or website term overrides mandatory law or a person’s data-protection rights. Using the website or accepting commercial terms does not grant blanket consent to data collection or AI training.

Bracketbridge works on a contract basis. Client project data remains client-controlled unless a written agreement says otherwise. Bracketbridge may process, structure, validate, de-identify, anonymize, and deliver data only within the agreed project scope.

The text, design, brand elements, and website content belong to Bracketbridge or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or present the website content as your own without permission.

This website is informational. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship, certify compliance, or replace project-specific legal, security, or procurement review.
