These terms apply to the public Bracket Bridge website. Client work, studies, and data acquisition projects are governed by written agreements and project-specific participant notices.

Website use
You may use this website to learn about Bracket Bridge and contact us about potential work. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful, misleading, or harmful material.
No public study intake on this site
This website does not currently operate a public participant portal. Study participation, uploads, payments, consent, withdrawals, and eligibility checks are handled through project-specific flows and notices when a study is active.
Client agreements control
Commercial services, deliverables, data ownership, confidentiality, audit rights, security requirements, acceptance criteria, payment, warranties, and liability are controlled by the applicable written client agreement. If these website terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Data ownership
Bracket Bridge works on a contract basis. Client project data remains client-controlled unless a written agreement says otherwise. Bracket Bridge may process, structure, validate, de-identify, anonymize, and deliver data only within the agreed project scope.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, brand elements, and website content belong to Bracket Bridge or its licensors unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reuse, or present the website content as your own without permission.

This website is informational. It does not create a lawyer-client relationship, certify compliance, or replace project-specific legal, security, or procurement review.
